The world runs on reactive systems. While their ubiquitous nature might suggest they are straightforward, reactive systems are notoriously difficult to design, implement, and verify correctly. Their complexity doesn’t just stem from the scale of modern software, but from fundamental properties related to time, concurrency, and non-termination. This is where temporal logic enters the picture, offering a powerful, albeit often challenging, mathematical framework to tame this complexity.
What Are Reactive Systems?
At their core, reactive systems are characterized by:

Types of Temporal Logic
